How do I become a client?

You can inquire about our services by contacting an intake coordinator at (419) 774-9969. When you call, you will be asked to provide some information about your current concerns and expectations for treatment so that we may help you determine if our program is right for you. The screening process takes only about 15 to 20 minutes, so do not hesitate to call. If our program is not a good fit for you, we can direct you to another program that may better meet your needs.

Services are available to older adults and elderly clients regardless of race, color, sex, non-qualifying disability, religion or creed, sexual orientation, or national or ethnic origin.
