We offer scheduled evaluations and assessments upon request. The assessment consists of a psycho-social history, objective tests, and collateral information gathering to determine your needs and level of care. This evaluation is used to determine the best course of treatment for recovery either at Family Life Counseling or with referral to the appropriate treatment program in the community.
