Family Life Counseling and Psychiatric Services Shelby Office is located at 24 East Whitney Avenue, Suite 1, Shelby, OH. You will find us on East Whitney Avenue between Broadway Street and Mohican Street, next to the railroad tracks in the same building as Dr. Sinha.
