Individual Programs

"Family Life Counseling saved my life... in more ways than one. Thank you"

By talking with a licensed professional, individuals are offered a safe and confidential environment to discuss emotional difficulties, life challenges, relational conflicts, or mental health concerns. We are here for you.

The American Psychological Association suggests therapy to individuals who feel that there is something internal that causes distress and interference with an aspect of life, such as:

  • Thinking about or coping with the issue takes at least an hour each day
  • The issue causes embarrassment or avoidance of others
  • Due to the issue, there has been a decrease in the quality of life
  • Work, school, or relationships have been negatively affected due to the issue
  • You've made changes in life or new habits to cope with issue

If you feel overwhelmed, fatigued, anxious, angry, or hopeless, we encourage you to reach out to learn more about service options.

If you have tried counseling in the past and it didn't help right away, please know that time can help build rapport between clients and therapists. Within the initial appointment, we will investigate symptoms, treatment experiences, and individual preferences for counselors. If after a few sessions, you feel that you are not "connecting" with the therapist, we are happy to reassign the case and pair you with someone you feel would be more fitting. We offer flexible scheduling in mornings and evenings. Call if you have additional questions or would like to learn more.

Specific Individualized Programs

Life Coaching:

Also referred to as "Dream Team", our life coaching program aims to assist adults and adolescents in meeting their personal and professionals goals. Regardless of age, education, income, or family size, the "Dream Team" life coaching program recognizes that life circumstances and lack of direction can have lasting negative effects on our mental health and lifestyles. Developed to improve and increase self awareness, this program includes a "hands on" directive that can be utilized to assist someone in finding employment, budgeting, or meeting personal and professional goals. Program topics are shaped around concepts of goal setting, establishing productive coping skills, expressing gratitude, and reflecting on progress.

Christian Counseling:

Utilizing a biblical approach, our Christian Counseling program can be utilized with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. By incorporating biblical inspirations, this program was established to further provide guidance and direction for believers. These specialized counselors are able to help individuals experience God and further understanding the abilities of healing. Benefits of this program include: a greater understanding of the individual's values, finding purpose, simplifying decisions, meeting goals, and adjusting thoughts to create positive and productive changes to your feelings and behaviors.

"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel and watch over you" Psalm 32:8

In Home Counseling:

Created for individuals unable or unwilling to seek therapeutic treatments outside of their homes, this program works best for individuals who struggle to feel safe or comfortable in outside environments. By taking place in the client's "safe haven", individuals can feel more comfortable sharing concerns and establishing life goals. Our in-home program is most utilized by individuals unable to leave their homes due to physical disabilities, mental instabilities, or lack of transportation.
