Connections in Life Program

The Connections in Life Program is a specialized program to acknowledge the strengths and address the needs of children, youth and adults with disabilities and their family members, friends and caregivers. Persons with disabilities may face a variety of obstacles and may benefit by looking at new, creative ways to face those challenges.

The impact of a disability may affect cognitive, mental and emotional functioning and these challenges can contribute to depression, anxiety or other emotional problems. The Connections in Life Program offers an age-appropriate approach which is tailored to the individual needs of each client. Our trained staff can provide counseling, advocacy and assistance in navigating various systems in such areas as benefits, civil rights, community life, education, employment, emergency preparedness, health, housing, technology and transportation.

Please call 419-774-9969 to schedule an appointment with one of our counselors.

I have learned forgiveness and that it wasn't my fault.
